Here is an example of how you can create this effect in CAC

Basically, to create this effect you will be using individual letters

and using the MOVE tools to rotate each letter around your graphic

 

1. Choose your font and color and create your first letter and copy this letter to your clipboard

 

2. Paste this letter in as many times as letters you need, for example I needed 8 letters to do the rose design above

 

 

3. Once you have all the letters pasted in that you need, change them

to create your message

4. Click the MOVE button to reveal your move and size tools. Using the

rotate tool, rotate each letter around your graphic to create the desired

effect. You can also rotate by clicking on the letter and moving your cursor

to the middle of the graphic to reveal 2 little arrows that you can use to

have more control in "spinning" the letter.

 

You can also rotate entire words to create a slight arched effect

as seen below in a Mother's Day Pop-Up Card I did -
