ONE - What type of Candy?
Your first step is to decide which type
of candy you want to make an overwrap for. The most common and
easiest to work with are the standard size HERSHEY'ŽS Bars and the
miniature HERSHEY'ŽS bars.
I remove only the outer wrap on the candy,
leaving the foil wrap on the chocolate. The HERSHEY'ŽS Miniatures
only have one wrap, so I place my wrap over theirs.
