TIPS for creating a Marginless All in One Bookmark Card:

1.  Print the front/back of the card on heavy card stock
2. Put this same piece through and print the inside spread/bookmark
   on the other side
3.  Score your card in half and fold
4.  From the front, trim off the top and bottom excess white margin
5.  Open card up and trim off front right area to expose the bookmark
6.  Open card up and trim off excess white on the right side of the
    piano keyboard
7. If you have a perforating blade, you can perforate the bookmark
   so it can just tear off
